I did get caught by one ice groove that took me down and wasn't quick enough getting out of the mitt to land on my feet like I usually do. Went down on my knee pretty hard on the rough ice.
N/G. since I had a fall in a hip recently was thinking about hip pads. The bumps are adding up for me
