every new bike sold with Di2 comes with a charger, so the seller should include the used charger when selling his bike.
Unless the seller has other Di2 bikes and needs the charger for those bikes. As well, if you buy systems as upgrades and have multiple systems, you wouldn’t be buying additional chargers, is why they sell them separately.
