Now that I'm in my sixties, I find that it's a great way to get outside and not be daunted by the large hills that previously put me off. I have ended up using my bike far more than before which is a good thing. Living directly on a bike trail makes it easy for me to get outside while the motor flattens the hills. I try to see how little battery I can use on trips.
