Some pic from yesterday's Pedaling the Prairie, up in Hempstead. I did the 45 mile route, the wife did the 24. Weather was gorgeous. Had a great time.
Wife and I set out on the 45 mile route, but she wasn't having good day, so we turned around at the second rest stop and rode back to the start. Ended up being about 32 miles. On the way back we saw a coyote less than 50 feet from the side of the road. Pretty cool. What an awesome day for a bike ride. Then to finish it off with pulled pork sandwiches and No Label. Oh man, that tasted sooo good.
