We have been in this layout a number of times and see the house walking by. This is probably the best condition home we’ve seen in this neighborhood. He takes meticulous care of it. I mean, the guy has a 20 year old Weber grill that looks as good as new. We actually just went back through, I had to drop off our earnest money check for him to give to his attorney.
