Yes. I also have a high calcium score but good cholesterol scores and low BP, usually ~115/70. Morning resting HR ~48, standing ~55. I don't worry about it. One of those things where more testing isn't necessarily in one's best interest. For those who are not long term endurance athletes though, it's otherwise. I'm sure as heck not going to stop riding the way I want to ride. I am careful about recovery however and take anti-inflammatories.
