Not much I suspect. You may be able to get a 2.4A Micro USB cable and a decent power adapter than can put out 3A, generally they'll have a red USB outlet like this one
https://www.gearbest.com/chargers-ca...p_1662472.html . That at least minimises any losses up to the inlet plug. But ultimately the charge rate is controlled by the circuitry inside the pack.
Next step is to get a power bank with a USB C input, especially ones with "Power Delivery" and use a minimum 18W USB C power pack. That will halve the charge time roughly.
