Yes my Dawes has the Dawes scripted rear drop out with the adjuster screw. Can't say what model it is cause it came to me sans any decals except the Dawes handbuilt one on the downtube.
Unfortunately, it doesn't have a Dawes fork, it came with a chrome akisu branded one, dated 1980.
