It's not a thing. We just need to focus on riding within ourselves. I should be between 325-330 right now around 130 pounds. But I'm not. I had a good workout though, and got through 2.5 hours indoors without but a stop for a bathroom break. My wattage was way off, but my body was doing what it could and I left satisfied.
