You might try a more recumbent specific forum, like bentrider. I think you have to pay to join (only if you want to list something for sale), but it's much more active in terms of the marketplace and people buying and selling.
Recumbents tend to be a bit specialized, so you should be prepared to ship your bike if you need to in order to make the sale.
