Other style guides reserve the plural apostrophe-s for single lowercase spoken letters or single digit numbers.
So they got all 6’s and 7’s crossing their i’s and dotting their t’s

But not 67's and it's as in many of "it"? I rebel against misuse of apostrophes but, as with inconsiderate drivers, I don't let it annoy me.
BTW, is this "normalization" of transposing hyphens and apostrophes? We're not getting political here are we?
