well, some of you know i'm kinda hard-headed
....went to PT this afternoon (where he did a number on my calf), home to do the birthday thing with the kid...he leaves to go play with the new poker set with the friends down the street...i surely do not want to sit in the house and not ride while it's still 70-something outside!
so, yes, i rode today - a very short ride, but i didn't start till almost 6:30pm...bike feels great! lowered the saddle a tad more this evening. only 10mi, but it's better than the alternative
