I'm leaving this thread un-locked for a little so the C&V'ers can give any feedback on the guidelines above that they feel needed. Hopefully I covered all the general points that came up in the original suggestion thread a few weeks ago.
I also went through about the top 5 pages of threads and moved a few of the threads that were asking for values.
