Yeah, not to bad timewise.
I'm riding with a group at 5am every morning during the week, and an hour later on the weekends. Maintaining a touch of fitness. Only intervals are threshold and Vo2max - haven't done WRIs™ in years
Not racing - not even sure why I'm doing intervals. I relaxed the diet a bit. More comfortable, and let's just say I'm REALLY good in a headwind now lol.
