The side that goes through the town? For me it's longer overall than 20min for sure. But, it looks to be about 20min for me from the start of the steady climbing until the small rollers start. I'd want to be done before those rollers.
The back side might be closer to 20min for me without the weird roller things.

If you went up the back side and started just past the Jungle turnoff then included the final STEEP kick to the top... that might be a good 20. The final kick up to the top would ensure you'd complete the test with nothing in the tank.
