Rubber band workout in semi lockdown and then a nap. I purchased a few different strength bands that come with a door thingy to secure the band into the door jam. Okay. The workout is not bad and the bands get harder as they stretch that matches the strength capability of the muscles. Also, I can use an easier band and do more rapid movement which is not as easy to do with a free weight or weight machine. I may keep some of the band work exercises when our gym reopens.
It was rainy, cold and dreary plus we are supposed to stay inside. Sleeping is a great pastime.
