I use a 46/30T GRX (11-speed) crankset with my otherwise Ultegra drivetrain (including front derailleur) without issues. I think it would be fine to use the 11-speed crankset with a 10-speed drivetrain. I wouldn't go the other way around, however, and if you can find it, the 10-speed might be slightly cheaper. (I got the 11-speed for $150, and like it better than my $500 White Industries crankset with 46/30T. )
Just get it and see if it works with your existing setup. If you can adjust the H-limit on your current derailleur +3mm, you should be totally fine with your current derailleur.
