is the smoking gun the sort of matching paint chipping on top and downtube where they would have bent a bit? the fork appears straight though, no?
99.9% of the time the
smoking gun is the chipped paint and it is possible to beend a frame without bending the fork and vice versa. All combos are possible: buldges in tube/no chip paint no buldges/chip paint bulkdges/chip paint and all of those with or without a bent fork.
