I bought 2 sets of CR720s (front and rear) from Jenson (lowest price I found) and they were delivered in less than 4 days. I out them on my bike and I noticed that one set didn't have the cable clamp plate or bolt.
I contacted Jenson on their site chat and the guy told me to send a picture of the problem to them, which I did right away.
Monday night I got an email saying that not only had they sent out a new set of CR720's but they sent it USPS Priority Mail instead of standard shipping.
I am very impressed with this customer service and I will definatly use them again.
