The rims are none original and the maxed out longer reach calibers are a pretty big tell. This bike likely had 27X1 rims originally which were really only popular for from 80-84 which confirms dating. As model I would ques Rekord Tourer which was a low end touring sports model For value considering how nice it is I would put it a little lower at the $325-375 as presented
