I had to plan my route so that I could get back home on time for a co-picnic with another family. The other family just canceled because of the threat of rain. My first thought was, "damn, I could have stayed out for another 20 miles!" but the reality is that, if not for the picnic plans, I wouldn't have gotten such a long leash in the first place. I guess I can't be too upset.
