Not a great week for me either. Weird fever thing during the night after lifting on Tuesday had me hesitant to push myself, felt fine after. AQI discouraged me from riding outdoors, but I also ran out of time doing stuff at home and didn't even ride the trainer on Saturday, got just shy of 3 hours z2 on Zwift on Sunday while watching the tour.
