+1 for Fizik X5 Terra. I have the green suede version. They are SPD shoes and relatively okay to walk in. I had to change the footbeds (insoles) to get them comfortable for me. Excellent Boa system for quick tightening and release. Look great too.
Now that you say that, I changed the insoles as well. Love them.
