The BEST thing you can do is to go and see a podiatrist. I'm lucky as my bike club has a podiatrist that also is the team podiatrist for the local university bike team. My feet were killing me after short rides. Got new shoes and had the podiatrist make orthotic insoles for me and I've never had a problem since. Lots of shoe companies also make insoles that you can try, like Specialized, or go to a running store and try some of the Superfeet as recommended, but the best, if you can afford it or your insurance covers it, is to go see a podiatrist and take in your shoes.
