I really am in awe! What with a 6am-4pm job and then kids to take to activities to, all I can manage is fake miles..

I went downstairs to do fake miles. Wanted to do a group ride for motivation. I could not find one at my level so signed up for one above my level. That was hard. I stayed with them for about 18 minutes, then lost my signal for a second and got spit out the back. I tried hard to bridge back but was redlining it even before the drop. I believe I did over my FTP for 20 minutes. That was hard.
Next time I will pick an easier group.
Yeah, fake groups for fake miles are almost always average more than the claimed averages on a good day, I can’t fathom what the level above would be
