what I can glean from the ad pix: Vitus tubing decal and fork, Wrights leather saddle, Phillipe stem, Cyclone RD, maybe FD and SunTour shifters, Nervar Star crankset. Ad says "27 inch" wheels but might be 700C, possibly sew-ups.
