nahh, i saw the situation, he didnt actually grab the cop as much as tap him to get his attention and tell him to pay attention.
it was definitely warranted, the guy on the motorcycle wasnt paying attention closely enough. it wasnt a rude gesture either, i dont think an appology was necessary.
