One thing I found, converting trips to cycling, was that it opened up more areas to me. There were some places I loved, but transit was inconvenient and parking was annoying. That would make it more difficult to combine trips. Parking is generally super easy on my bike and I can make multiple stops in multiple neighborhoods easily.*

*it helps I live in a denser urban area that does have transit, and transit allows bikes on board!
