Says you. For 25 miles, I take two 24 ounce bottles and a 32 ounce bottle to refill one of the 24 bottles (old gatorade bottle.) Then again, I take this on every ride no matter the distance and I drink it all. I drink a lot.

More than about 30 I add a 20 ounce Gatorade. 50 or better and I'm stopping somewhere for more water.

I sweat. I wear shorts and short sleeve and still sweat when it's 45 degrees out. I need water.
