Going back to the original thread story, according to
this news article from five days ago, the driver (Marshall Grant Neely III) will change his plea from not guilty to guilty.
From the article:
"If convicted of the federal charges, Neely could face prison time. He could spent from 2 to 12 years in prison on the reckless aggravated assault charge; up to 5 years in prison for lying to a federal agent; and up to 20 years in prison for obstructing justice"
