I dunno how you can even breathe, much less ride, at that elevation.
Once I was above treeline, I had to stop about every fifteen minutes to catch my breath. The graph of my power declined in almost a straight line from the start (~7750 ft) to the finish, from ~80% to ~70% of FTP...and that 70% hurt more than the 80%.
