It just depends on what your plans are with the wheels. Many people upgrade them pretty quickly. I had a 2013 SL4 Expert loaner for a few weeks during the warranty process and can tell you from experience that the stock wheels aren't great. The rear would rub the brakes when standing and pedaling hard. The new Roubaix's probably aren't much better. Bikes at this price point unfortunately don't come with great stock wheels.
