Wow, thanks vertyg!

Definitely not a respray the blue paint has a beautiful translucency to it, and was quite delicate, but polished up nicely. I was told it was garaged for a few decades before I bought it, and it shows.

please feel free to PM me what you believe would be a reasonable value for the bike

That's the BEST looking "non restored" bike from that era that I've ever seen, are you sure it's not a respray?

We sold Legnano and Frejus bikes in the 70's until they became too scarce about 1977. I don't recall one coming out of the box that look as good as yours.

...and yes, $1600 is TOO low for this bike!
