I drive to work on Talbert Avenue in Fountain Valley where the Costco is located. Just east of the Costco is the SART. The dirt road side of the SART was filled with tents. It was a long stretch of tents, not just bunched up at Talbert.
Now, somehow its all cleared out. I mean just this week.
