2:47 at endurance pace this morning, starting at 5:30. Got to see the moon set and the sun rise.
Still some vestiges of tiredness from last Sunday, I think, but it was a good ride.
Coach sent my training schedule up through the first weekend of February. One day with 3x20' SST, one of 4x20' SST, one with 1x20' at threshold and then 2x20' at SST, a five hour ride one Sunday and a six hour one the next. Gonna hold a negative TSB for a while, it seems.
Sleep shouldn't be an issue during this block.
