Meh it's coming down and will come down more when shimano goes wireless. I have 1750 in the new bike for components. Contadore was around 1600 for 11 speed whifi, from brake.
I hope you are right. I can wait another year or two. But the intel I have heard says Shimano unlikely to go to wireless shifting any time soon. I know about the patent they filed, but likely that’s for the distant future. Do you know otherwise??
