No sense dealing with a turd. Cancel, refund the money, get a shipping refund and relist. And block the buyer. You can do that.
Also, no sense in being a turd. tyrion's right on the mark. "Thanks for your note. I can see that you're disappointed with this purchase. In line with the clear message of your note, I'm cancelling the sale and will be refunding your full purchase price."
