Sue? That seems a bit harsh. If they truly admit that they dented and ruined an otherwise good frame they should replace it with an "in-kind" type frame. That could be a used one or a new one but it should be an equivalent quality frame not a lesser one. That is just the fair thing to do. Will they do that for you?
