We had a honda fit. My wife resisted getting a "big" car so we ended up with a mazda cx-5. I can't even put the seat all the way back without contacting the child seat. I told her we should have gotten a van, and she wouldn't listen. It's such a pain in the ass. AND we have to park the car in the driveway because you can't get the doors open wide enough to actually load a kid into either car seat in the garage.
