Im riding like 4 hours a week right now, so clearly a 4.5 mile TT tonight and a crit tomorrow are excellent ideas.
Its the 50th anniversary of the club ive ridden with since I started racing, and we are doing an anniversary weekend of races with a big group ride on sunday (that I WONT be doing)
