After taking yesterday off (and visiting the Hiller Aviation Museum in San Carlos - recommended!), I ran 3.2 miles this morning. Oh, did my thighs talk to me! My right one had a time of it loosening up, I'm favoring that left hip so I'm working my right leg disproportionately. Well, just a speed bump!
