Bikes: A few...

I have more bikes than I can ride, so I'm willing to let persons (vetted BF.net members) that would appreciate them the opportunity to ride them if they should so desire.

BUT The 'problem' is that I've fitted then to MY tastes, and others might not like my preferences. All are vintage lugged steel rides in 57/58cm or 23" frame size, all have been equipped with friction-shift SunTour barcons. Some are double- and some are triple cranks... all have six speed freewheels. All have hard leather saddles. The triple-crank bikes are outfitted with fenders. My gearing choices are for what you'd expect in the glacially-scoured (flat) lower Great Lakes., although a GAP/C&O or other such regional ride is not out of the question as I have other freewheels that can be fitted. Look at the bikes listed in my signature, and you'll see what I mean... AND I have sets of vintage handlebar/seat/panniers bags that are fully serviceable (mostly vintage Cannondale)...

So if riding/touring around Lake Erie is on your bucket list, I can help!
