last night I took some doses of
magnesium
potassium
calcium
these morning's 1.5 hr ride was cool
brought more of the same to work which I will take an hour or two before my 2 hr ride home in 90+ degrees & I'll sprinkle a tiny bit of salt in ea. of 2 water bottles
