I continue to love this bike, but I'm definitely getting a 36-11t cassette for it. I had enough legs today to get over everything, but I was reaching for an easier gear on some of the singletrack climbs. I'd like to do some harder climbs, and for that, I'll need another gear.

Man, you read my mind. Same thing...riding up a favorite trail and made it OK but could've been way more efficient with even a single easier gear. Would love to know how this goes for you.
It works great. I put an 11-36 on my wife's Expat (4700 Tiagra). Just push in the b-screw a little more and you're off to the races.
