In the past, there have been a few BF posters (of the motorist bashing ilk) who claimed to enjoy annoying motorists by driving at or below the speed limit.
I've driven cops crazy by refusing to speed when they're behind me on a no-passing road, but that's a no-win situation.
I'm a driver and a cyclist. The speed limit thing is the absolute killer of the lawful driver vs. scofflaw cyclists stereotype.
Virtually everyone on the road is choosing to ignore one law or another. I'm not going to slam the bike brakes at a deserted four way stop when I can see there's no one else there. I don't think that's the road to traffic chaos.
