The brakes you used are sublime! What size tires did you fit? I also got a Stanyan frame during the Velomine sale. Put 650B x 38 and fenders on mine.
I am using Panaracer Gravel King slicks in 700x38 the true size is 700x35 and it does fill up the front fork pretty good there is actually room for a 700x40 in the rear and SOMA is spot on when when they say 700x35 (actually 700x32/33 ) with fenders. As for the brakes thanks I like them as well , originally I was going to use the VO but the clearance was too tight the gran compe 610 are quite nice .
