Obtaining PNR permission?
Admin/Moderator,
I've emailed twice regarding the procedure required to obtain PNR posting permission and have not heard anything back. I have also done a cursory search regarding this subject and I'm unable to locate anything. Is the permission tied to a Titanium membership? How do I go about obtaining permission to post in PNR?
