LAJ style weight session. It was inflicted yesterday in a huge, fancy, suburban gym, where any random child or woman could have broken me like a twig.
I also twingled my left quadratus lumborum, injured many time before, at the end of the last set of deadlifts. It’s going to bother me whenever I stand up until April.
Short term pain for long term gain.
I hope the twingling gets better.
