A nice find - glad you got it. Check for date stamps on the top of the rear derailleur, back of the crank arms (probably none there if pre-1973), and the hub lock nuts. I'm guessing it's a '67 or '68. The crank is 144 bcd which started in 1967, and Universal 61's would have been superseded by Super 68's in '68.
