I mean the sentence with wax in it, is it an autocorrect thing going on, it's confusing.
I spent over an hour installing new Schwalbe tires with tire levers and popped a tube. I took the tires to a LBS and the mechanic told us new tires require wax along the inner seam to loosen the tire over the rim. They installed them in 10 minutes without tire levers.
